How is the quote calculated?
Price is per-unit (per file, per minute of audio, per DICOM study) × your volume, plus a quality premium for double-validated items. Complete breakdown in every quote. No hidden fees.
Who owns the datasets?
You do. Licensing (commercial use, exclusivity, redistribution) is signed before the pilot. Exclusive licensing transfers full ownership.
What is the Golden Rule?
A contributor never validates their own files. Enforced at 3 levels in our database: CHECK constraints, BEFORE INSERT triggers, Row Level Security. Not even an application bug can bypass it.
What are typical timelines?
Marketplace dataset: instant download. Pilot: 1–2 weeks. Production: 4–10 weeks depending on volume and complexity. Medical imaging: add 2 weeks for the consent chain.
Can we audit the certification chain?
Yes. Upon request we provide anonymized credential proofs for every expert involved. Identities remain protected; qualifications are verifiable.
